This is what they looked like just before they did it! George is sitting on the wall behind them, he doesn't look too exited. Paul as always is concerned with how they look, but forgets to throw away the cigarette he just lit. They only had ten minutes to do the photo.
Don't know who the lady is, she looks like she's asking Ringo a question. Maybe it's his mom, their hair looks similar:
